Printer error only when printing a certain documen (Word XP)

One of the staff members consistently gets a 79 SERVICE (01AA) printer error when she sends a fax coversheet to our HP Laser 5N and 5M printers. The printer error only occurs when she sends the document (other workstations can print the same document to the same printers without any difficulties). Also she is able to print other documents in Word to the same printers without any difficulty.

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be and what a possible solution might be?
