how to remove duplicates (Outlook 2000 / W2K)

the last time I synch'd Outlook with my Palm, it created some duplicate entries in Outlook. Is there an easy way to remove the duplicate entries in Outlook leaving only one entry?

Re: how to remove duplicates (Outlook 2000 / W2K)

There are a few tools that will do that, but I'm always leery of automating a process that deletes records. My personal solution to this conundrum was to hand-prune the duplicates, and then installed IntelliSync to keep it from happening again.

Alternatively, if the Palm still has single records, you can delete them all from Outlook and force the PDA to overwrite the desktop in the Hotsync software. Again, kind of dicey, so back up your PST first, just in case.
