copy / paste appointment to other calenders (outlook 2002)

At the office (network) I have my personal calender, and, also, I can file / open a Team calender. How can I copy a Task from one calender to another, without having to re-type the whole thing? I could not find a Copy/Paste for appointments like in any other application.

    Thank you

    Guillermo

You should be able to do a CTRL+C to copy and a CTRL+P to paste. Alternate: hold down the right mouse button on the item and drag it to the folder. A local menu will pop up asking if you want to move or copy. Reminders only work for items in the main folder.

GREAT: hold down the right mouse button on the item and drag it to the folder. positions appoint in same place in the calendar.

<ctrl + C> , <ctrl + P> is not that good. Places appointment in your selected day in the calendar.

do you know why right click / copy and paste is not enabled in Outlook?

    thank you!

If there are a lot of appointments to copy, use Active Appointments View in the source Calendar, and you can bulk select multiple appointments easily. In Exchange Server installations you may need certain permissions to copy Appointments from anther Calendar, but I'm not sure what the Permission level is.
