    MailingLabels (Access 2000)

I've created a report (via label wizzard) based upon a query to view mailing labels. Its all fine, but after viewing it once or twice it reverts where it will not set the 3 columns accross, but only the left-most column.

    HELP!!!

Do you mean that the report doesn't use all three columns on the last page? If that is the case, you must set the report to print "Across, then Down" instead of "Down, then Across" in the Columns tab of the File | Page Setup dialog.

No, It works fine.... Then all of a sudden the entire report goes haywire and all pages only has the left most column being used. All records are there but instead of having 3 accross/10 down.. it has 1 accross/ten down with no label size change. It seems like its loosing its format.

By viewing it do you mean doing a preview? If so, it may be that your print driver is wonky - if you have another printer you might try it. Does this behavior occur if you print directly to the printer rather than doing a preview and then a print?

    Do you have SR1a installed?

Prior to it there was an issue with Page Set-ups for printing when Name Auto-correct was turned on.

    1. Turn off Name Auto-correct (It is a dog anyway and causes many more problems than it attempts to solve!)
Go to Tools-Options-General and clear both check boxes.
    2. Apply SR1a.

    This might solve your problem.
