Sharing calendars on network? (Outlook XP)

We have three Windows XP computers on a peer-to-peer network in our office. All machines have OfficeXP (two Pro and one Home). We do not want to go to the trouble or expense of a server. Is it possible to share the calendar from one or more of the Outlooks with the other machines? We need them not only to be able to read the calendar, but also update it. Accurate scheduling is critical in our office.

Also, we try to keep our network clear of "add-on" programs that access our main programs, so we would prefer a solution using only Outlook, if possible; but could go outside if this was the only way to do it.

I don't think there's any way to do this, given your environment and requirements. You're probably looking at using one of the Web based services. Many of these are cheap, or even free if you don't mind ads. This isn't a great solution because you're probably looking at some double entry. Perhaps one of the contact managers like Act or Goldmine, that provide group calendars and also integrate with Outlook, will fit your needs.
