    freezing rows (2000)

I have a friend who is trying to create a speadsheet and when she scrolls down the page she wants the first 2 rows to scroll down with her- I know how to freeze the panes, but is there a way to freeze the rows? Can anyone help?)

    Select cell A3
    Windows - Freeze pane.

This will lock row 1 and 2 at the top.

thank you for the quick reply. We tried that , but she has columns a-h frozen already, so when we click in a-3 it only gives her the option to unfreeze the panes. Have any suggestions?

If you still want columns a-h frozen as well as rows 1 and 2, use the option to unfreeze panes to clear the existing setting, then put the cellpointer in i3 and select freeze panes again.

First select Unfreeze Panes, then select Freeze Panes again. To freeze rows 1 and 2 only, the active cell should be A3; to freeze columns A:H and rows 1:2, the active cell should be I3 when you select Freeze Panes.
