    Attachments in RTF (2002 SP-2 on XP-Pro)

Recently, I have had to convert to RTF format instead of using Word as my email editor. When I send an attachment, it is positioned in the body of the email, rather than in an attachment header as previously. It puts itself anywhere in the body - even in the middle of text and I really don't like it. Is there something I can do to change this? As always, thank you in advance for your help.

It goes wherever the cursor is when you do the Insert File. When I use RTF I usually put the attachments on the second of two blank lines. Actually, using RTF this way has the advantage that you can structure the message body like:

    Here's the budget file:
-John ... I float in liquid gardens
    UTC -7ąDS
