    Contacts (Outlook 2000)

Hi, On printing envelops with Word 2000, I found that after changing my daughter's address in Contacts , backing out and Saving -then going to Word - the address kept coming up with her OLD address and I had to
manually enter it , when doing Envelopes. I also have one other contact - of which I filled in Home address etc
back'd out - saving it - then going to Print Envelopes in Word - all that comes out is his name and United States of America, so I have to manually put his address in the window for addressing envelopes.got me puzzled - on daughter's address - high lighted it,then "delete"- put in new street address, then "save and close"- can't figure this Quirk out ? Any Ideas ? Much Obliged Tom E

    Re: Contacts (Outlook 2000)

Long ago there were some threads about the business address being the default address, not the home. Not sure if this is related to your daughter's contact record or just the other one. At that time, I posted a macro to copy the information from the home address to the business address, but that probably is not the only (and maybe not the best) solution. Hopefully you'll get a more convenient response.

Try putting the addresses in for Business, too, and see if they show up then.
