    Reports in correct order (2000)

I have a report that is run from a query. In it are ; caller, number of referrals, category and type (each category has a number of types). I need to have the report laid out to show the number of referrals from given callers and then the number of referrals oredered by category and type. I am okay at putting text boxes in to do the counts but my problem lies with the layout of the report. I have played around but don't get what I am looking for. Help would be greatly appreciated. i have attached a word document to show you a rough 'for instance'.

    Regards Darren

    Thanks Darren.

You want to display two different summaries in one report. I would create report for number of referrals by caller, and another report for number of referrals by category and type, and put both as subreports on an unbound report.

Thanks Hans, that does the trick.

    Cheers Darren.
