Continuous Form (Colour) (Axp)

I have many examples of background colours for continuous forms.
All the instructions state to use the "Terminal" font which will fill the background etc ................

Access XP doesn't recognise this font and only shows the character to which it has been assigned.
Question:

Does any-one have any examples of background colours for Access 2000 & Access XP (continuous Form) which I can study.

Thanks Hans

I've been using the Conditional formatting but, only three entries are allowed.
You'd have thought Microsoft would have given more scope to this.

I'll try your advice and see what happens.

Take a look at this demo which shows another way of doing this using colour swatches in a table attached by the query to be displayed through an image control. It is already on the Lounge at least twice but with no search facility.

(Edited by D Willett on 12-Jun-03 16:51. )
I've seen that many examples today, I'm totally confused.

My form contains a combo and according to its value, change the background colour by way of a separate text.

I'm not sure what expression to enter in the text.

Here is your example with SteveH's method of colouring. It uses a bound OLE control to display the coloured background

Brilliant

This is exactly what I wanted.
I've studied it this morning and can't believe how simple it is to achieve.
The possibilities for this method are endless.

Thanks again
