Access Control Panel as Admin logged on as user (Pro SP1)

I know (because I did it yesterday) that you can access the Control Panel (specifically System) logged on as a user when access to the Control Panel has been disabled by Group Policies. I remember going to a command prompt and typing in something with the administrator name, computer name, runas and some dll's in it, but I can't remember exactly what it was. Does anyone else know how to do this?

    Thanks,
    Becky

We already have all that set up, but there is no way to right-click on (for example) My Computer and choose Run As because it isn't even listed as an option. It was something that I found yesterday and did not write down. You go to a Dos prompt and type in something like "shell runas computernameadministrator somefile.dll,anotherfile.dll"

Thanks for looking, though. I appreciate it.

    Becky, Try going here:
Command-line reference A-Z. Look at runas.
