    Printing Merged Document (Word 2002)

    I'm trying to print a merged document which has been merged with an Excel spreadsheet containing names, addresses etc. The main document is 2 pages, so I tried printing the first 2 pages of the merged document to see what it looks like, but the printer just keeps printing, even though in printer settings I asked for page 1-2. Does anyone know how I can sort this out?

    Each individual letter in a merged document is a section, and page numbering starts anew in each section, so in your case each letter will have pages 1 and 2. You can specify which section(s) to print:
    s1 = section 1
    s2-s4 = sections 2 through 4
    s3;s6 = sections 3 and 6
