    I would leave this alone; unless you know exactly what you are doing you may do more harm than good.

    Thanks for the advice Hans but would like to try if there is an answer I have nothing to lose if it goes wrong having very little installed at the moment.

    I do not uderstand how you got the second ID on a clean install. I have never seen this on all of the clean installs I have done. However, on any upgrade, ALL ID's come over and is the only time I have had more than one ID per user account.

    Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
