    rtf to links

I have an Outlook 98 message in rtf with a long list of links. I need to create a web page of the links. I have tried copying and pasting into FrontPage 2000, Visual InterDev and Dreamweaver but the links come out as plain text. I'm missing something simple (or I'm simple) but isn't there a way to avoid coding every link? Thank you in advance.

You can always save the file to your HD. open it in Word and then save it as a web page from within Word.

Be forewarned that Word HTML files can be quite large.

But once it is in HTML, you can open it in Dreamweaver and clean out all the extra unneeded junk.
