    Make turned off toolbar stick (MS Word 2002 (10.4009.3501) SP-1)

    I'm running MS Word 2002 (10.4009.3501) SP-1 inside Office XP on Win2K. I don't want the Reviewing toolbar, but no matter what I try to get rid of it, it keeps coming back. I've been to Help, and I've tried the usual stuff through ToolsOptions, ViewToolbars, right-click and Customize, etc. How can I turn off this toolbar so that it stays off until I ask it to come back again? Thanks!

    You can put the following macro in a module in your Normal.dot or into another global template:

    Sub ToggleReviewingToolbar()
    Application.CommandBars("Reviewing").Enabled = _
    Not Application.CommandBars("Reviewing").Enabled
    End Sub

    You can assign this macro to a toolbar button (not on the Reviewing toolbar itself!) and/or a keyboard shortcut for ease of use.
