    attachments

    My recipients are complaining they are not receiving my attachments. However, when I reply to their message and send the attachment in the reply...they receive it. I notice that the attachment in the 'reply' goes under a line at the bottom of the page. In the original message, the attachment shortcut is placed at the insertion point. In Outlook Express, all attachments were neatly displayed in a separate bar under the 'subject' box. Am I doin something wrong?

    you are sending in RTF format and the attachment is wrapped in a winmail.dat. send in plain text. change it at tools > options > mail format.
