    total (Access 2000)

    how can a get a total of a column right below the column on a report, i know there is a way to do it that is similar to "sum"??

    Put a text box in the report footer section below the text box bound to (say) MyField in the Detail section, and set its control source to =Sum([MyField]). Replace MyField byt the name of your field. That's it...
