Merging with Word (XP)

I am having a difficult time with merges with XP because when I select (or try to) the address fields for a merge, my only option seems to be something called Address Block and when I select that I only end up with the first two lines, i.e. addresses and a street address. I can't figure out what I may be doing incorrectly and although I know they changed this somewhat from 2000, I can't imagine it should be this difficult. Can anyone help?

    Thanks much

    Re: Merging with Word (XP)

The reason it's called Address Block is because it Blocks you from having the address your way . Seriously though, if you are using the task pane to compose your merge then at step 4 you are presented with some options - "Address Block", "Greeting Line", etc. One of the items is "More options", click on that and you can choose any of the fields from your data source and put them anywhere that pleases you.
