    Ignore 'Exceed Margins' (Word 2000/2002 VBA)

    When printing from Word using VBA to print, " Application.PrintOut etc.", how can I have it answer yes to a "The Margins of section 1 are set outside the printable area of the page, do you want to continue?" message, or suppress it and have it print? This only appears to my view after closing the form I am printing from.

    hi Steve,

    you disable warnings, print, reenable warnings. for this to work however, it is imperative you set background printing to false:

    Application.DisplayAlerts = wdAlertsNone
    ActiveDocument.PrintOut Background:=False
    Application.DisplayAlerts = wdAlertsAll

    works for me word 2002 sp2.

    greetings,
