Refreshing a form linked to a query (2000)

    Hi.
I have a form with 5 subforms. the subforms are continuous forms, each linked to a different query.
It is a system of tracking the status of orders. When an order has finished one particular stage, i enter a 'completion date" for that stage and then it no longer qualifies for that query and does qualify for the next query. So the effect it has is that the 5 forms have are lists of how many orders there are which are at that stage of completion.

The problem is, when i enter a date, the order will stay in that form until the parent form is closed and opened again.
Is there any way i can make it do this on another event? eg. the subforms are on tabs, so could i make it refresh on the onclick event of the tabs?

    Thanks in advance
    Adrian

In the AfterUpdate of the form, you could put a Me.Requery and see what difference that makes.
