    Serial Port Problem

I am trying to convert a serial port on a HP Laserjet 4 to a USB port. I have the adaptor but it will not print.

As old as the HP LaserJet 4 is, you are going to have problems in getting any drivers to work with the USB, cable if you ever get it working.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

Also I do not remember that the HP 4 would run on a serial connection, I alway ran on a parallel connection.
