    output to email (Access 2000)

I have a report I want to email out as .RTF, a have a macro that performs the function perfect when you click the button, but the problem is there is a continous form on the page and if more than 10 materials are selected it then it becomes 2 pages and the headings get crazy on the RTF. Now when its 2 pages on the report, the report looks fine, no problem, its just when the it tries to convert to an RTF is the problem?? Any ideas to have the RTF look exactly as it looks in the report?

Unfortunately, exporting a report to RTF is one of the weaker features of Access; the layout is usually not quite what you would like, and I don't know of any way to guarantee success. It has been weak from the start, and it hasn't been improved in new versions of Access <img src=/S/bummer.gif border=0 alt=bummer width=15 height=15>

There is a format that preserves the layout very nicely: snapshot (.snp). The only drawback is that the recipient must install the snapshot viewer; this is a freely distributable free download from Microsoft - see Microsoft Snapshot Viewer Available in Download Center, but the advantage is that the recipient can view the report exactly as designed, and print it, but can't tamper with the contents.
