Printing Automated Word File (Access 2000)

I have a word file which is populated with Barcodes on the fly(which are a jpeg) that is emailed to a client. The images are embed in the file, not linked. I can send the email fine and when the client opens the attachment, they can see the barcode. The problem is when they go to print it, they get nothing or it will not print and I am not sure why. Any ideas?

That seems to be a Word problem, not an Access problem.
Can the client print any document containing jpeg pictures (other than your bar codes)?

She can print other stuff, just not that document. Furthermore, they were able to copy all the images and paste in into a new document and print it. So I am wondering if they might have a different servce release of office then I have. Any ideas?

I am not sure either. I am thinking they do. But my question is if that could be the issue why they cannot print the barcode

Frankly, I don't know, but I doubt it. It might have something to do with the size and number of pictures in the document. Jpeg images are (or rather, can be) highly compressed; they have to be expanded in order to print them. Perhaps the document as you sent it exceeded the capacity of the client's PC/printer combination. As an experiment, you could send a document generated the same way but with only one or two small jpeg images.
