    Logon locally (XP Pro SP2)

I have a local account called 'shipping' on a workstation called Shippingdept . I have granted it admin privledges. Logged on as 'shipping' , I try to access user accounts in the control panel and receive the message "You must be a member of the administrators group.........You are logged on as domainshipping and this account is not a member. I want to be able to log on locally and run a 'power user' required application.
How do I change the logon screen to allow me to change the domain I want to logon to?

    Thanks,

I think turning OFF the Welcome Screen so you can use the "traditional" logon screen should produce a pick-list from which you can logon locally.
