    Form Resizing (A97)

I have a db with a small switchboard...when you click on one of the buttons located on the switchboard it opens a form. The "problem" is that the form doesn't open in a maximized state and the users always have to resize it. I would like to be able to have this form open as maximized. I realize that once I open the database and the main switchboard pops up, I could just maximize that and subsequently everything else would be maximized as well...it just looks weird. I already have a macro in the On Open event of the form, so I guess I'd have to do this through an On Load event? Any ideas, or am I being too nit-picky?

You could add an action Maximize to the macro being called in On Open (the VBA equivalent is DoCmd.Maximize)
Or you could call a macro with just the Maximize action in the On Activate event, and a macro with the Restore action in the On Deactivate event.

Works great....I knew it was probably something simple, just didn't know exactly how to find it.

    Thanks,
