memory could not be written (XP Pro SP1)

When I run my Epson scanner I get this error:

    "Escndv.exe Application

The instruction at "0x100514d1" referenced memory at "0x001da000". The memory could not be written"

I think this may be a problem with Xp's pageing file but what?

Whats your Page file size. Have you deleted all temp files. How much memory do you have? Also sometimes you can adjust the resolution for scanning and get it to work.

    Hi Combod
See my last post for page size, I have deleted all temp files 385mb memory. I can not get the twain driver to run for to make any adjustments. As soon as the Twain starts to load it closes i.e. I I get a header Epson them it closes

Page file looks big enough. Sounds more like a Driver Problem to me. Do you have the latest Driver for your Scanner and OS?
