Outlook Web access starts Windows Installer (IE 6)

When I access an Internet site that runs Outlook Web Access and go to the Inbox, select a message, and Reply, a Window pops up to run Windows Installer and look for a FrontPage 2000 file. (I do not have the FP CD with me so I have to cancel out. If I do the same thing from a computer that does not have FrontPage 2000 installed, I do not have this problem. Why is Outlook Web Access looking for a FrontPage file?

If you are running Win2000 and have any office2000 product installed, then there is a reghack for this. Rather than try and relate it all, I can refer you to the MSKB article: 298110. Go to support.microsoft.com and choose to search the knowledgebase. You'll see a radio button option to search be article ID.

    Hope this helps!
