    Modify a Syle (Word 2000)

I use Word as my e-mail editor in Outlook 2000. I would like to permanently modify the default style in the message text window. I can modify the style for one message but when I close the window and start another new message the old style is back. The Add to Template option check box is grayed out in the Modify Style window. What am I missing?

I think those styles are stored in EMAIL.DOT.

On my computer that is in C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice 101033email.dot
The 1033 is language specific so look around for an emai.dot and then right click it and choose Open

I solved the problem. Start a New Mail Message, select Tools, Options, General tab. Click on the E-mail Options button at the bottom and change the Theme or Fonts.
