    Top 10 Report (Access 2000)

    I have a subtotal of expences and I would like to only view the top 20 most expensive cost items that was subtotalled.

    Any ideas will help

    Base the report on a query that sorts descending on cost, and set the Top Values property of the query to 10 or 20 (depending on whether you want to use the value in the subject or body of your post)

    Mario,

    You don't set this in the report, but in the query that acts as Record Source of the report. See attached screenshot (the query has nothing to do with your problem, it is just for illustration purposes.)
