    Can't find MSNP32.dll

Running a Dell Latitude laptop, with Windows 98. I've recently bought and installed a 10/100 network card. Ever since, I get the following message on bootup: Unable to load msnp32.dll, some features will not be available. If i press enter then the boot finishes normally. The file (msnp32.dll) IS is windowssystem.

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks for any assistance.

Thanks to both of you. Reinstalling client for MS Networks did the trick.
