    Bottom Margin (Word 2002)

Just updated to Word 2002. People send me documents. I print them out and it cuts of the bottom of my document. Not all the data prints - sometimes? Any reason...

Do you have a printer with a large bottom margin? I have an inkjet printer whose mimumum top, left and right margins are 0.11", but its minimum bottom margin is 0.55". Most laser printers have a smaller minimum bottom margin.

Have you checked to make sure that you have updated printer drivers? Also, check the Compatibility options in Word (Tools/Options/Compatibility) & see if "use printer metrics to lay out document" is checked. If not, try checking it & see if that helps.
    Cheers,

Always worth checking paper size compatability I've found. In particular, the A4/ Letter gotcha.
