Form control property (XP and 2000)

One control (text box) on a form displays a default value. As things now stand, when the user tabs into this control the cursor sits blinking just to the left of the first character of the default value. This default value is valid for 99 percent of my students, but I want the user to change the entry if necessary. How can I format this control to highlight (select) the default value upon entry (or OnGotFocus)? That way, all the user will need to do is just start keying in the new information--he won't have to delete the default value first.

There is a setting for this in the Keyboard tab of Tools | Options... You can select what happens when focus shifts to another control (insertion cursor at start or end, or select contents)
