Add Grand total from 3 reports into 1 final (Acces 2000)

Could someone take a peek at this database and please (really big please), tell me how to get a final report with a grand total from 3 other report grand totals.
I have a rptEquipment, with grandtotal field called GTE, and a rptSupplies with a grandtotal field called GTS, and a rptTravel with a grandtotal field called GTT, which I am trying to add up on the rptGrandTotal. The expression I have tried is:
=[Reports]![rptEquipment]![GTE]+[Reports]![rptTravel]![GTT]+[Reports]![rptSupplies]![GTS]
but I keep getting Name? for an error...I used the expression builder to pull these fields from the other reports to add together to avoid typos, but it still gives error.
NMPadgett....thanking you so much for your time.

You will get a meaningful result only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

Each of the three reports referenced in the "grand total" expression is open. Reports!rptEquipment!GTE is only valid if rptEquipment is open, you can't refer to the value of a text box on a closed report.

Each of the three report displays data. If you enter a value for the parameter for which at least one of the three reports has no data, a reference to the grand total text box on that report is invalid.[/list]Remark: assuming that you want to enter the same value for the parameter for each of the three reports, you may want to create a form with a combo box or list box that lets the user select a cost center. You can replace the [Type Cost Center here] parameter by a condition of the form Forms!frmCostCenter!cboCostCenter where frmCostCenter is the form you created and cboCostCenter is the combo box from which the user can select a cost center.

I knew I could count on you to come help me on this one...bless you, seems this question and the one I posted earlier got skirted around all day...can't blame anyone...it seems like a doozy to me too.
But you were right on the money. With the reports open, and having no null totals, it worked great. As far as the form goes, it sounds like a good idea to me. I am helping the Administration secretary down stairs, and we've been working on this database for several weeks...seems it's kicked our butts a few times, but thanks to you, always and forever, you've got us through.
You sir, I salute a grand salute... Your the best!!!!!!!
