    "no information"

Calendar -- when I try to schedule anyone for a meeting on or after May 1, I get the "no information" message. Why?

Each user chooses how many months of information to publish to the server. You could increase the number if that is set too low.

Check Tools | options | Calenar Options | Free/Busy Options

For how many months are you publishing free/busy information? My guess is two. That means you're publishing one month previous to today and one month in the future from today. You'll need to set the clients to publish more than 2 months at a time - the maximum is twelve months.
