Change entire column from True to False (2000)

For a somewhat more possible action (I think), sometimes all of a Departments forms for a month have been turned in. Is there a way to write something that would say -- If MONTH =____, then Outstanding = False. Before anyone yells, I know that is not close to the correct way to write this. But, is there a way to do it?

You can create an update query for this. I assume that you have a date field in a table from which to determine the month and year. See attached screenshot.

You can replace the fixed month and year (7 and 2003 in the screenshot) by parameters [Enter month] and [Enter year], or you can let the user select them on a form and refer to that: [Forms]![frmSelect]![txtMonth] and [Forms]![frmSelect]![txtYear]

Oh how simple. How fast! Thank you, thank you. I think I will use the rest of the day to learn a little VBA. Or not. <img src=/S/cloud9.gif border=0 alt=cloud9 width=25 height=23>
