    SVCHOST32.exe

    What is this file? It loads at startup... but there isn't even a company name in the prog info...??

    If you are sure of the 32 in there, it's probably a virus. There is a windows component named SVCHOST.EXE (see <!mskb=250320>Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 250320<!/mskb>), but SVCHOST32.EXE is a backdoor virus/worm/trojan. See for example
