Re: Printing (Word 2000)

Have her check the font settings for the Envelope Address style (Format>Styles dialog). She might have to make sure she is viewing all styles to see it, even if she has printed an envelope it probably isn't considered to be "in use" unless it's in the body of the document. Does that help?

Address in Tools>Envelopes prints green (Word 2000

(Edited by jscher2000 on 14-Jul-03 20:48. Added a more descriptive subject line.)
Hello, I have tried to help a friend with a printing problem. She created a letter with addr., selected the addr. went to Tools - Envelopes/Labels and created an envelop from the addr. So far so good. The problem is, it prints out in green rather than black. The font is set to print "automatic" for color (she has also tried to set the color to black), yet, it still prints in green. She has a Lexmark Inkjet Z32 with 2 cartridgeds, one black one colored. Can anyone help me with this? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much, Tira

    Re: Printing (Word 2000)

Hi and thank you for your help. I will tell my friend to look at the settings for that style and see if that helps. I wonder if it could be a problem with the actual printer..... Tira
