Display Map of Address (Outlook 2002 sp2)

When you double click a contact, there is a button to click which says "display map of address" I can only get this to show a map on about 25% of my contacts, and can't find a reason for why some seem to work and others don't. I've posted this in the MS newsgroup but gotten no answer after several days.

I had never played with this before, but in brief testing it seems in the US that it chokes on some abbreviations, such as N, E, S or W for the compass points, it chokes on zip codes which include the +4, and it wants to see the country mapped into the address. Every time I mapped a US address and corrected these items, I got a map, but I again stress, it was a brief test.

I use it a lot. The biggest problem as John stated are the different abbreviations for ALL entries. One needs to use the USPS approved abbreviations for the US addresses. About the others countries I do NOT know, for I have none in my contacts list, that I have tried using the get map.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

WIth other countries (e.g. Canada and Europe), it is of marginal use, as it doesn't go below city/town level.
