    Highlighted White Text

I have created several templates in PowerPoint that use white text on a dark background - once the template is created and then invoked by users the problem arises of not being able to see the text you are typing on slides as the default background/highlight editing color is white. Is there anyway to change this so the text inherits a different background/highlight editing color to white? This is very frustrating for the end users and myself as I cannot seem to find a solution. <img src=/S/shrug.gif border=0 alt=shrug width=39 height=15>

If you choose Format/Background, you can change the background colour and Apply to All. Ideally, choose Format/Slide Color Scheme to change the Text and Lines colour etc. as well as the background colour. This will for example make lines and text in graphs visible.
