XP Home reset hibernation (XP Home)

Hi folks, can anyone tell me how to prevent or reset XP Home from its present hibernation screen? A new user has it timing out in 10 mins, he is frustrated at having to re-enter the password each time he returns to the computer, (elderly 1st time user and only user). I cannot see the settings in his control panel to alter the timer to a longer period, any thoughts out there? I did wonder if his password could be removed, but as the only user he is the administrator, does XP home allow password removal? Any help appreciated.

Start > Settings > Control Panel > Power Options
should take you to where the hibernation settings are, but are you sure it is hibernation and not just a screensaver?
Control Panel > Display > Screensaver . . . and de-select any password protection.

Hi Leif, YES, that sure rings bells, I was too busy looking under control panel>Users, no wonder I couldnt find the hibernation. In answer to your question, yes I think it is the power down mode, because there was never a password protect entered onto his screensaver, only his log on. Hopefully I can resolve this now, thank you so much for the quick reply, as soon as I read it, bells started ringing.
