    Forms Error (2000)

At one of our locations no one is able to use custom forms. If I choose Tools---Forms---Choose Form then go to the Personal Folder and pick a custom form it shows up properly but when it is mailed out the second "page" of the form does not show up. If I try to print, no data from the second page shows up either. If I mail every one from a different location the people at the second location can see it but the people at the first can't.
Is there a setting of some kind that I'm missing?

    Thanks

When you first create and save a form, it asks if you want to send the form itself along with the message item. Assuming you checked that box, I don't know what the problem is. You could publish a new form based on your existing one, making sure to check the box, and see if it works any differently.

(I assume that everyone is using Outlook, so it's not a problem with the mail clients on the receiving end.)

As for printing, you can set fields to print or to not print during forms design. Some, such as BCC, seems not to print by default. I'm not sure which of the many properties/advanced properties tabs this is on, but when you find the box, it's pretty obvious. I don't think there is a global way to set these, but I don't do many forms (I've decided to use templates from now on!) so I'm not sure.

Thanks for your reply, that's the first thing I thought, that the form wasn't published properly but it had. The strangest thing about this is that if a form is sent to that location they don't see the other pages but the folks at the senders location can see it.
Do you know if outlook treats these forms as attachements, if so maybe this is a mail server problem or anti virus.

It might be an attachment, but I think it has to be sent in RTF/TNEF format to preserve the form information in the first place, so I'm not sure any non-Microsoft program along the way could identify the form data amidst all the other content. <img src=/S/shrug.gif border=0 alt=shrug width=39 height=15>
