This is correct.

While true, it is NOT the correct answer. I guess I should have chosen a different "alternate" color other than black for the center dot.

While true, that is NOT correct. Maybe "black" was a poor choice for an alternate circle color.

You can't say that it is B due to the fact that it has a different center dot, if you were to do that - you would have to also say that C is it - because it is the only one with a yellow background, and also D is it - because it is the only one w/ a green border...
