I want to store my database of mails (dbx files) on the server, not on my personal computer, if possible share the contacts with other network users. Is that possible?

I don't know if this is advisable... they are so well buried down in the "identities," you get the idea that OE wants them in a very specific place.
I believe your address book is separate from the DBX files and its extension probably is more like WAB.
