Include Image(s) in all of company's emails (2000)

Does anybody know how to include an image at the bottom of all emails sent from a company? The company would like to vary the image, possibly on a daily basis, so using the signature facility may not be practical (unless there's a master signature template somewhere that all individual signatures are based on).

    We are on Exchange 2000.

    Thanks,
    Ian

I don't know if Exchange2K can do this, but I know there are 3rd party add-ins available.

As a matter of policy, you might want to advise your client of the cons to this action. If these email are going out over the internet the items will be in a format that recipients might not be able to handle. In that case they might not get the mail or might get the images as attachments. And, speaking as one who has to enforce mailbox size limits and struggle with bandwidth contention, I wouldn't appreciate it - although a good Dilbert might be ok...

I take OldDog's points, but I suspect that I am going to be asked to do this anyway. Does anybody know of a way of centrally adding an image to all the emails sent from a particular Exchange server? We're all in the same domain.

    Edited by WyllyWylly to add URL code. See the Quick Guide.[/i] <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>

We have to try, don't we... You might take a look at the tools listed at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/content_control.htm

I've looked at disclaimIt and it seemed pretty flexible in that you can set up rules and even work with html mail items. But there are lots of others around. Good luck.
