    Zinio

Not really a "Software Finds and Wants", more the opposite!

This is the way that a couple of the UK 'free weekly Computing magazines' are being distributed , rather than on glossy paper.

Zinio Reader is supposed to be a multimedia ""successor" to Acrobat Reader, but I found it impossible to get it to install, and the work of the devil to get rid of all the directories, files, startup programs, registry entries, and so on. A COMPLETE PAIN (to put it no more strongly).

Has anyone else experienced this product, perhaps with better results than me?

    Hi, John ~

Sorry to hear you haven't had a good experience. Initially, there were some hangups with the first download, but after that, I have had great results with it over the last year or so w/ PC Magazine. <IMG SRC=http://www.krymow.com/images/read.gif>

There's likely to be a problem with our proxy server at work and DNS - the whole thing is a bit flaky...
