    outlook security

I have just read office watch 6.16 where it refers to an "attachment options" utility by Ken Slovak. The article leads me to believe this should work on outlook 2000 sp-2. has anyone tried this and had success using it. I have tried to use it for exe and com files and still get the infamous "yellow blocked bar". Is there a registry entry I could check to see if it is really working?
I am running outlook 2000 (9.0.0.4527) Internet mail only-security update. currently am using chilton preview to get around the security blocking, but it this works, i'd rather use it.
thanks in advance for any help
