    Calender Alarm (Windows NT)

    Hi,
I couldn't find a search function. So, I may be asking a question that has already been answered. When I set a reminder and alarm for a meeting time and date the reminder window sometimes comes up behind other windows I have open; sometimes not. I have missed meetings when I return to my desk after the alarm has sounded and don't see the reminder window. Most of the time it appears on top just as it should. I've not noticed any particular pattern to it. Anybody else experienced this problem?

Yes, the reminder Window doesn't necessarily come to the top. In Windows 2000 and XP, the reminder will also show as blinking on the taskbar; I don't know if your NT version has an equivalent, but I learn to watch the blinking pop-ups on the status bar.

    John,
I was afraid that was going to be the answer. I hate that. But, I won't shoot the messenger. I think I'll shop around for a substitute. I'm sure there are some good shareware programs that will serve the purpose.
    Thanks,
    Bill
