    selecting a filtered cell (Excel2000)

I want to select the first cell under an auto-filtered list.
i.e. suppose the first filtered row shown is 58.
I want to move the cellpointer to [a58] via VBA.
Usiing End(xlUp0 and other variants doesn't help.
How to I find the row number of the first filtered row???

    Try something like this:

    Dim rng As Range
    Set rng = Worksheets("sheet1").Range("a2:a100").SpecialCells (xlVisible)
    rng(1).Select
