    Outlook Stationery (Outlook 2000 SP-3)

    I have created a stationery file using the Outlook Express stationery wizard (Outlook does not have this feature), which has a single "water marked" graphic centered on the page. This stationery works perfectly and look terrific in OE, but when I use the same stationery file in Outlook the graphic is repeated across the page, row after row, making the message very difficult to read. Is there a way to create a stationery file for Outlook that behaves the same as the OE stationery?

    (I am repeating this problem, which I posted several weeks ago, and remains unsolved.)

    Simplicity is key. <img src=/S/wink.gif border=0 alt=wink width=15 height=15>

    <html>
    <head>
    <style>
    body { background-repeat: no-repeat;
    background-position: center center }
    </style>
    </head>
    <body background="aviation.gif">
    SAMPLE MESSAGE TEXT
    </body>
    </html>

    I don't know what the Wizard created for you, but you might have to tweak it by hand for Outlook to understand it.

    You are correct. Unchecking "Use Word to edit e-mail messages" solves the problem. Thanks.
