    Track Changes (2002)

Any idea why Word 2002 prints documents containing track changes in a condensed format? I know the print is normal if you print a track changed doc from the Print Preview - I was just hoping to eliminate having to choose print preview before printing. <img src=/S/confused.gif border=0 alt=confused width=15 height=20>

When you say condensed, it is leaving room for the balloons, right, even when you aren't printing them? There have been threads on this, but I don't remember the fix. It might be to turn off the balloons in Tools>Options>Track changes, or it might be something broken that there's an update for.

When I say condensed, I mean that although the doc is in Times New Roman 12 and prints on the entire page with 1" margins, a track changed doc prints with a 3" bottom margin and the type is a lot smaller than 12. The balloons were turned off as soon as I got Word because they are impossible to follow if you have lots of changes. I hope this helps you understand my problem.
